Awesome Catch Of Yellowfin Tuna

by | May 27, 2015

Rudee Inlet:

The Flounder bite has seemed a little slower today, but there have still be reports of a few being caught on live minnows. The Croaker and Spot continue moving in with the water temperature in Rudee Inlet in the upper 60’s. The Croaker and Spot have been biting mostly on squid and Fishbites. There are still a few Bluefish lingering around in Rudee Inlet, they seem to bite best on cut Finger Mullet.

Inshore:

The Cobia bite is getting better with each passing day. We’ve seen some nice sized ones being caught. There are also Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish running along the beach with some Flounder and small to medium sized Spot being caught on the bottom.

Offshore:

We’ve had some really nice Yellowfin Tuna being brought in, as well as some nice sized Mahi Mahi. A couple days ago we also had some nice Big Eye brought in to the docks as well.

Today the Rebel just returned with a awesome catch of Yellowfin Tuna!
