Rudee Inlet:

Inside Rudee Inlet we have been hearing mixed reports of a variety of fish being caught. There are some Flounders being caught predominately on live minnows, as well as some biting on Gulp on a light jig head as well. Most of the recent reports for Flounder have been a lot of throw backs with a few keepers in the mix. There are also some good numbers of Croaker biting with some nice Spot in the mix of things, being caught on live bloodworms and squid. We have even still heard the occasional report of some Bluefish and Puppy Drum hitting on cut bait off the bottom. Be sure to stop in our shop for all your Rudee Inlet fishing needs

Inshore:

Today we have the WaveRunner fishing inshore, they wil be trolling up and down our sunny coastline of Virginia Beach. We have continued to have nice numbers of Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish brought back to the docks. The WaveRunner returned with some nice Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish.

Offshore:

Bright and early this morning the High Hopes headed out to the Norfolk Canyon in search of Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, and White and Blue Marlin. We are expecting them to return between 5 and 6 this evening so be sure to check back with us to see how they do. The Rebel returned last last night with a nice haul of Blueline Tilefish, a Grouper, and flying 6 White Marlin release flags. After fueling up this morning the Rebel headed back out on another extended offshore trip so be sure to check back with us tomorrow morning to see how they fair. The High Hopes returned with a White Marlin release flag flying, as well as a citation on a release Hammer Head shark, a nice haul a Blueline Tilefish, A Mako, and some beautiful Black Seabass.
