Offshore:
The Backlash fished offshore, and returned to the docks early with a nice catch of Mahi! They left the docks bright and early around 5 AM and headed out roughly 80 miles, to the Norfolk Canyon. They found some nice Mahi while trolling around the deep water offshore. Also caught offshore in recent days have been a few citation size Wahoo, a few White Marlin, and even a Sailfish! Those looking to do a little deep drop fishing this time of year can expect to see some Blueline Tilefish, Golden Tilefish, Black Bellied Rose Fish, Barrel Fish, and in a few days Black Sea Bass season will open back up! So be sure to get out for a day on the water!
