Bluefish Continue To Bite, And Some Keeper Flounders

by | May 7, 2015

Rudee Inlet:

Hopefully today we will see a continued bite of Bluefish, as well as some keeper Flounders! Yesterday the baits being used were Gulps, top-water artificial, and some cut Finger Mullet.

Inshore:

Today the sun is trying to come out here at the marina. The water temperature is continuing to rise, creating better inshore fishing conditions. We have seen some nice Bluefish caught inshore with the occasional Roundhead.

Offshore:

Offshore yesterday we received reports of some nice Dolphin being caught, including some beautiful Gaffers. The Yellowfin Tuna bite has continued to rise here in numbers, while fighting to reel in the Yellowfin many boats have reported Makos coming into the spread. We have a boat scheduled to head offshore tomorrow, be sure to check back with us then for a dockside report!
