Rudee Inlet:

Inside Rudee Inlet the anglers are catching: Spot, Puppy Drum, and Speckled Trout. For the Spot the typical rig is a bottom rig with live bloodworms or the artificial Fishbites “Bag O’Worms.” The bite for the spot has seemed to be hit and miss. For the Puppy Drum they are using cut Finger Mullet with a split shot. The bite has been good if you can find them. As for the Speckled Trout, they are using the white gulps on a jig head, chartreuse gulps seem to work as well. They have been mostly small in size, and the Trout bite has been a little on the slow side.

Inshore:

The inshore bite is still mainly Bluefish, but we are starting to see some Striped Bass in the Chesapeake Bay area. We had a few Striper brought back on a charter a few days back!!!

Offshore:

The offshore bite is predominantly Dolphin right now, as well as a few Wahoo and Tuna making an appearance.
